They have a LIMIT and when you hit the point they don't throttle your speed as they used to instead they freeze your connection to almost zero such that you dial and connect but your download is just zero I mean you just there. Mind you mine was unlimited weekly and I only did 8GB and they froze mine. They are fucking boring.
