Ken, Go through the Manufacturer & it's the same procedure. Either you give them full details or no license will be given. Those are the rules sir. We also share the same always. Apparently they cannot sell any license until you give full device and customer details (customer name and location), which I find not very business like, even if well intended but it doesn't make much sense for me to look for a software for a device bought legally and then you have to dig up details about the client.
