YES, I know it employs people n such and at one time, I even sought
employment there. Tell me why I should email your support address only
to receive the autoresponse several times in a day. When I call to
enquire why my query has not been answered, you 'eat' into over 30
minutes of my airtime then ask what email address I used just to send
an auto-response for another whole WEEK!!

nanostation is bridge mode but responses are varied. )

It really sucks having to call tech support and being told youll be
called
back and then they dont (and hope you will not be pissed off or that the
problem will be sorted out miraculously), but anyway, i use kdn to backup
my
Orange link (Which is fantastic, never goes down and in the few instances
i
have had issues has been addressed in real time).


ps:
I know some really skilled techies in msa and kilifi who would happily
help
out supporting your network if you just gave them something geeky, like a
10Mbps fiber termination to their houses. this could easily improve the
service levels  :-) me thoughts.
