Why do I always see such goodies being given to lavi, kili, westie, et. al.

Why don't you bring this high speed fibre thingy to where the backbone
of the economy resides i.e. eastlando, home of real hustlers aka
sonkos...here our money is liquid and not held up in investments and
stocks...liquid baby, liquid!
