i had the same problem a few months ago...i exchanged my old USD notes
at forex bureau near trattoria ...its in 1 of those streets.dont
bother checking elsewea answer will be no already tried
But interesting to know...the person who gave me the usd(over 200 usd)
got them from an atm at heathrow airport?????
