I just came across this article in the standard where Hon. Sam Ongeri is basically saying that e-learning will get sanctioned by the government;

However, some of his comments made me wonder if there are any IT savvy people in the ministry of education:
"Ongeri said: 'The use of digital content in teaching and learning is timely... He said all budget allocations to schools for purchase of course books would now be transferred to purchase of diskettes for the curriculum'".
Diskettes?
