These guys just made sure that the site can be accessible via mobile, actually I would call it a mobile site, placed on the web. Mocality did that, launching on an only mobile platform, going web later. But since this is a huge budget institution, capable of Ksh 80k mandazis, you would expect them to spend money on the whole hog. Rating: 1, just coz it caters for the 60% of internet users in .ke, mobile.
