[Skunkworks] Looking for Machine Learning and AI company based in Africa

Hallo Citizens, A company is looking for a good established company dealing in Machine Learning and A.I. for the purposes of Big Data processing. The company has said that they have scoured the web and found online local forums of individuals/company formed for that purpose - but none has proved to have a ‘track record’ of dealing with Machine Learning/A.I and Big data.
