The last (and LAST) time I activated Club 20, I couldn't deactivate it no matter how much I tried and so of course the next day they promptly deducted 20/= from my account.
So of course I called customer care and lo and behold! They picked up...
The lady was polite but sounded so exhausted and emotionally harassed
She told me to switch off my phone and remove my SIM for 5min then try again
I did and it didnt work
So I tried calling back but of course this time there was no answer
Later in the evening when I tried to deactivate is when it finally did.
Another thing is the way they increased the charge on the Vuka tariff without informing us

I'm tired of all the mobile networks in Kenya...I will invent my own...watch this space
