[Skunkworks] Wind Generator Taxed?

Hello Guys, Does anyone have an idea of how wind generators are Taxed? are they tax exempt ... Am planning to bring in one ..Am thinking 600w to 1Kw for a start the later comes with 4 100AH Batteries, I think this would offset my power bills big time ...
