Morning David, You cannot get a branded Rack server (1U/2U) for anywhere near that amount unless you are willing to use a 2nd Hand Server . A new one will cost from $3,000 onwards. If you can use a 2nd hand one so call me on number below so I can direct you to a source in Nairobi.
