Yes you can, This is an open skunkworks project - and anybody can join - the ideas were discussed right here and conceptualized with a series of meetings - its just that we decided to "tie the bell around the cat" so that we can have a take off point and commitment... @Steve We are still in the very earliest stages of development [simulation] - we are going to begin testing and programming hardware sometime this week or next week - which should give us real time data.. It was disturbing for me when i was in Nairobi a couple of weeks ago and this traffic cops had held up traffic on the round about of Nyayo stadium not knowing that from there up to the hail sellasie (or whatever its called) round about and onto kenyatta avenue round about was virtually devoid of traffic.
