So are you looking for an HT transformer? Pls get the correct one as it not only powers the "filaments" in the CRT but also provide upto 25Kv to the tube. These filaments provide the cathode/anode acceleration, which in turn bombards the screen RGB phospers and the RGB plates. Pls remember the CRT is a vacuum and dangerious to handle.
 
To repair an old CRT, basically the filaments would collect oxides, so we guys used to use a Variable transformer to boost the current just enough. Warning, too much current and Kwaheri CRT!
 
lol! The days tech used to be easy....  You can "rewind" the transformer if you think the repair's worth it.
