Install spamassassin and integrate with the MTA and ensure it is working properly, install squid and configure/tune, install a firewall and probably configure NAT.... I don't think there are fixed charges. It will possibly depend on the amount of work involved. metered in hours - install, test, deply, train you to take over management.... I believe it's negotiable. That's the way I do it.
