No one knows what the game-changer will be, that is why companies with incredible reach have an opportunity to leverage that intelligently. Take Amazon.com for instance: they managed to morph from an online bookseller (of all things!) to a serious contender with the Amazon EC2 suite, Kindle etc. Google started with (just) search, look where they are now.

changer, but thats just me, i prefer reading books on paper.
large part of the phone market is still traditional voice / sms
services based .... and perhaps some twitter and email if you have a
smart phone.
most people i know dont even have a smart phone.
