Is 50 shillings for a day a lot to ask from the person at home?

Hi,

So another issue I have come to see with Wazi Wifi. First I must say they have excellent services and the log on page looks better with the terms and conditions at the top. My only and most singular issue is the new feature they have added : You cannot use the log on on another comp. Let me explain. I bought a bundle this morning on my laptop, now I am in the office and using office internet. Somebody at home wants to use my wazi wifi log in credentials to access the internet but they cant. Apparently, each account is limited to one device....you cannot use it on any other device. So if I have my tablet, I need to get it its own wazi wifi. Same to my phone, computer and laptop. Thats 4 wazi wifi accounts, monthly thats 2K just to access net from devices that I may not even be using. I wont call it a smart move, but the way it was before was way better, efficient and logical. Say my laptop gets spoilt or stolen, does this mean no internet for me and my money gone?
Never limit a service to one device especially if it involves communication. If all phones acted this way, we would be having 10 phones by now. So please, Riyaz and the Wazi Wifi team, give the customer what they want or we will look for other alternatives
