Now its become very annoying. I Anytime I have less than 20bob or thereabouts in my account , and it tells me im below ground time thresh hold whatever that means(or did they raise it?). And I cant okoa jahazi when im in need. Now this problem has been going on since Dec. Hasnt it been sorted? With the heavy rains and adverse conditions, I wonder how people in the subject areas with an annual worry about their property, lives, livestock cope? Is this why they still build wooden houses yet stone can easily survive tornados? Then we get to see the weather videos of a roof flying or a whole community devasted by nature?
