Good people,<br>Can someone in the know tell me why it is <b>impossible</b> for the Ministry of education to mandate all dormitories to have smoke detectors?<br><br>My reasoning is that it will take just one incident for my sibling in school to die from smoke/fire, just one, and they are gone forever.<br>
<br>Plus these damn detectors aint that expensive, <a href="http://www.consumersearch.com/smoke-detectors">$45</a> for one which uses both photoeletric and ionization technology.<br>
