There was an issue today with one of the routers in the network that got affected by some malicious traffic. This was resolved around lunch time after about an hour.
On the issues from last week - am not sure - things should actually have gotten better, since the IMEWE cut got fixed end of last week, and traffic was back to normal by Saturday. Maybe you can send your specific client code and case to support@wananchi and CC me, and will check on the specific issue.
