You wont go wrong with these 2 sites. This is where i started tooo. But where linuxhomenetworking.com formerly siliconvalleyccie.com is more of deep stuff its well elaborate. Yolinux.com and redhat.com (http://docs.redhat.com/docs/en-US/index.html) tutorials is where to learn simple commands and some bit of linux file system stuff b4 applications and server based work-around.
