@Rita, appreciate the feedback and while my issue is being attended to
by the CS team, am requesting one important implementation that I feel
Orange/TKL should consider. The 10GB package on 3G+ seems the most the
most attractive but given your network speeds in comparison to others
on the 3g platform, it will not be possible to consume the data volume
on a monthly basis. It's high time that differentiated services were
introduced so as to allow consumption of such volumes. As an example,
urban areas are bandwidth hogs and deserve more access to bigger
bandwidth than those in rural areas simply because of technology
density. Telcos implementing the same rates across the country is just
something that cannot work long term because whether you choose a 1GB
or 10GB package, the only difference is the cost per mbyte, not faster
speeds.
