Last time i heard the datacenter(s) were under construction. I dont know if they were completed though threads on similar discussion on Kictanet list seem to indicate that they are. Well i hope to see in the near future a tender to build, run and operate a Govt cloud based system. That would be a good start. However, in addition to the Govt DC's we need to see more facilities built. Regards, Michuki.
