@John I challenge that assertion right there. You cannot convince me that for a parliamentary site aesthetics are more important than content!

This is precisely the thinking I think we MUST challenge the ICT board and indeed the government as a whole to change. I will not be impressed by the police site no matter how much they use flash and ajax and pictures until I can search the database to see if my missing rela has has been arrested and where he is.

We need to move from the era of websites with mission & vision of  & photos to the era of service portals where citizens can actually get not only information but actual service.
