I'm surprised most of us here on skunkworks fell from mars and discovered this. Ave always known this and there are several workarounds as someone said. Internet Explorer 7 to 9 behave differently from the other explorers, closer to the newer open source brothers and sisters, so those KRA sites don't work there. PIN requisition works on all the sites, though, if im not wrong.
