I believe we all have tools that can be used to recover data from such devices. But lets see if they can do so from damaged e.g. by fire  storage devices

NSIS always had such technology for a long time. I'm just wondering why CID have to have their own? Both are funded by the govt!
Maybe I should find out if the CIA and the FBI do share any technological resources to start with.
