They seem not to work with channel partners and spend very little on their marketing budget. They have offices in India, Brazil and supply the European and North American markets through an online portal.

If they strategically align themselves with saaaaayyy :-) - Airtel in the Kenyan market then many major smartphone brands will take a hit in sales.

Xiaomi products seem good in quality and are affordable.
