The fact that MAC addresses can be spoofed/changed as easily as typing in a number just makes the whole effort pointless. Not to mention the huge administrative burden of maintaining this "bigbrother" database.

Personally I find this one the most disturbing: " The new rules will also require all Kenyan companies to host their websites in the country rather than outside"..

Lets see what the final draft/law says.
