What external regulations? Does those regulations apply to other such service providers? Im saying this because i have been using moneybookers to receive money into my account without a glitch and still does.<br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

I don&#39;t know about Paypal and Kenyan Bank accounts coz I talked to some officials a couple of weeks ago specifically on this issue and they said nothing has changed as of now. The problems they have with kenyan Banks are because they have to follow &quot;external regulations&quot; that prevent them from sending money to Kenya. So it&#39;s Paypal that is deliberately doing it.<br>
