Someone I know is looking for *opinions* on what ISP to go for. They've been on a 1 Mbps link from some ISP and what they are getting is far from satisfactory. So he's looking for an ISP with low downtimes, fair cost and excellent customer service. Someone has already suggested UUNET because they are now MTN... but I think that's a speculation, but it may be a correct assumption.

Are you shying off from naming an ISP so that you put us through some wild goose chase??
Isn't that someone you know paying for the 1Mbps service?
Please just name the ISP and given what we know about ISPs, we'll tell you the next one to try.
