Go to Start > Regedit
Expand the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SYSTEM > CURRENT CONTROL SET > SERVICES > USBStor
Find Start in the right pane
Double click "Start"
In the "Edit DWORD value" box, write down "4" in the "value data" field (replace the "3" value)
Click OK and then close the Registry Editor.

You may need to restart your machine so the changes can take effect.
