[Skunkworks] PIN registration for company on KRA site

Guys, I need some help, I need to do PIN registration for a company but when I go to the site and enter the registration number as required, KRA says: YOUR DATA IS NOT CONSISTENT WITH DATA AT KRA, Please correct it or go to a KRA station. The only data am entering is the company registration number - CPR/2011/45xxx (last 3 digits are numerical) and the date of incorporation.
