guys , i totaly need some insight here, on 2nd march i paid KPLC my bill of 280KSH and my balance was reading -19.80 ksh...which was very correct since i paid in excess. now in less than 20days...my bills are reading over 2500ksh. to make it worse i have been away from for 2 months and i had switched my main switch off.yet i get my unit reading that i have consumed over 190 units. Is this logical and which is the right channel to resolve with KPLC.?
