I am talking of guys who will be sending large documents within their usual work schedules. Currently they print the documents and send the documents in hard copy.They want to change the system to be sending soft copy. I think I will implement the groupware. But you never know, I might get a better solution. Most of the options you are giving are for It savvy guys and they are likely to pose challenges to guys having basic computer knowledge.
