He was in the news all over in France last year...  <br><br>Orange, first provided in France, has indeed signed an agreement with Google so that they are getting paid for all YouTube viewing.<br>Then, following the agreement, the second provider in France, Free, capped the bandwith for YouTube and subsequently half of French population were unable to browse YouTube. French Govt (who has a share in Orange) said that such agreement is totally legit and other providers are free to do the same<br>
<br>It sucks to see Orange is trying to do the same here !!    Basically, these are tactics to kill other players in the market.  It&#39;s bad !! Also, we are heading more and more to customized Internet subscription whereby you pay a monthly or yearly subscription for a certain number of website (like 10 USD/month gives you YouTube + Facebook + Gmail; or 5 USD gives you Wikipedia + Facebook + Twitter).  And if you visit a site outside your package you get extra charges... Little by little the ISP is killing the Internet neutrality !<br>
