Well, this is what I did;
I went to Phone Express and told them to use the microsim on a capable phone to flash me - then I saved the number.
I bought my airtime and went home.
Then I called customer care this afternoon and told them how they should be ashamed that I have to call them to load airtime and purchase bundles..
They said they will fix it - coming soon (vision 2015)
Then they loaded for me 50 MB :-)

My case is different don't even know my no. A customer care guy called me and am chilling for him to sort me. He also told me they are soon launching a web portal for tablet users.
Don't you find it ridiculous that you need to call customer care to perform basic operations on your line? Isn't anyone feeling guilty at orange HQs ?

They have some interface on some IP address that I don't remember off head, but starts with 212. Meanwhile, just call customer care and ask them to buy the bundle you would like to purchase
