Yeah, for the past years,, I used to be able to call the paid customer care line (landline 020427**100, or mobile 0722***100) and get straight through to customer care (cos afterall, you are paying) Siku hizi,, those same lines,, put you through a long recording,, adverts,, press menus,, music,, then at the end after the line has chewed your money for like 5 min, the recording says "All our customer representatives are busy" - and hangs up unceremoniously !! WTF ???
