of course the point is to lock out most of the Non technical users, not hardcore users like washington! You can google for code on how to validate mobile browsers, preferably the native browsers and a few more like opera, ucweb, bolt. A more expensive way is to ask a user for their mobile number and then sms them the link. You can look for bulk sms providers at like 1 bob per sms, or message centers. -- Bored?
