Isn't that common of human nature?
 Don't blame customer's high expectations. When you create hype, you must be prepared on the backlash and accolades that come with it.

They can be excused for having thin patience. Loyal customers have been held in high suspense for almost a year since the first announce of high speed internet. The illusion thus created is that Airtel had ample time to implement and polish up.

Hardware issues happen during upgrades etc --- I think I recall QB not being so-o stable when they were undergoing their upgrades to 3G...
