You see, it has nothing to do with people's 'too much expectations' and 'poor payments'! Users did not come up with the pricing, these MNOs did! Queen Bee even went ahead to call it 'Unlimited Internet'! If one pays for 'Unlimited Internet' ,should they expect to get 16KBps? Moreover, Safaricom kept people guessing for close to two weeks on what was going on since the speeds were rubbish(forgive my French). Nobody said users could not or did not want to pay Ksh.23,000 to get a proper connection but would you seek to pay Safaricom that amount if they were offering the same services for Ksh.3,000 per month?
