the problem with the new meters from what i hear has to do with availability of air time. Plus the fact that you load airtime today for use beginning tomorrow. wind is very versatile, and if you are located somewhere with good speeds (over 5m/s avg), youre into something real good. My cousin installed these new prepaying electricity meters, only to revert again to the "old" meters. I don't know why but I guess cost was the contributing factor.
