I am having a weird problem here on my laptop. Today I booted up to no working inputs : bila mouse bila keyboard. I have isolated the problem to gdm3 because the keyboard works fine during the bootup process, but dies afterwards when gdm is started. Has anyone ever experienced this ? How did you solve it ?
PS : A workaround I employed was to boot in recovery mode and then run "init 3". This got me to a fully working desktop; but it was unwieldly at best.
