Turns out that Airtel will not have to subsidize cross network calls,
since the interconnection rate was reduced to KES 2 per minute. I
watched Michel Joseph yesterday on tele yesterday and I have never
seen him that rattled.

If interconnect is 2 bob why in the world was safcom charging 12? Now
that makes me mad.
