We cannot live without sharing information on the Internet which IMO is not that reliable in KE . You may have been a victim of circumstance where you were sent an E-mail and the day when you need to use the documents attached to it, the Internet fails or a ship passes across the TEAMs cable plus many other excuses of having sporadic Internet connections from our ISPs. Or you created your slides on-line on the ether-pad and when it is your time to present, You see this!!

Come to think of think of it, we could have off-line solutions to this such as having Dead-drops[1]. This is in the method being used by Kiwix to spread off-line Wikipedia but the part of it that worries me most is digging holes on buildings before we stick those flash disks on the walls.

Can this be adopted in KE even if not fully with some modifications of course.
