I once went out looking for funding to set up my own biz. Apart from being frustrated, it cost me lots of efforts and time. It is then that it occurred to me that what I really needed was not much money. After all, the most successful companies in the world were started with little or no capital at all.

I think the best approach that financiers could adopt especially for the entrepreneurs in technical fields is to offer apprenticeship, incubation or something like that. And since I hit the road with this in mind, I could only have wished that I had started much earlier. So far, I'm not complaining.
