It was actually raised yesterday by Orange/Telkom Deputy CEO who was a panelist. There were subsequent plenary discussions. Will look if could get the proceedings.

If I recall correctly there was a concerted push for mobile number portability across network that seems to have mysteriously disappeared. I hope you can raise this and get some direction from the ther panelists.
