Kenya only has jurisdiction over .ke. For other domains in other
jurisdictions to be seized, the domains should have infringed on
applicable laws in that jurisdiction. Domain seizure is a lengthy
process and would require gross violation, like that of human rights
(e.g. child violation), and Intellectual Property rights

Remember when US tried to put pressure on closure of wikileaks.org,
many versions came up with  ccTLD variants.

A good case sturdy is that of MegaUploads where US companies
