[Skunkworks] Emergency Control Room Installation

Hi Techies, A friend wants assistance to get the following... I will quote hix email " Hello Calvin, I want to install an emergency control room in oil storage terminal. The terminal has a control room already in place but there's no emergency command center. I want to install touch screens which can show real time images for the pipeline from Mombasa to Kisumu so that the emergency team can zoom in and respond appropriately in case of emergency.
