Programming C++? for that amount? Are these guys going to be witting "Hello World!" applications all day? C++ is a VERY BIG and VERY COMPLICATED language. There's a lot that goes into developing a decent C++ program and it can take years of active development to master C++. Yeah theory can be learned in a couple of weeks and a simple app that asks your name and displays it can be built on your first day. That means nothing as far C++ is concerned, so don't start calling yourself a C++ programer just yet.

So sking for a C++ programmer in that age bracket and that amount in this day an age is crazy as this generation has practically no production code experience in C++. If it were PHP, JAVA, C# thats another story but not with C++.
