If it was me buying, I would stay away from Starcom, their customer service iko chini tu sana. I would also stay away from Ebrahims Electronics, based on second hand information, they sometimes interfere with the components that come in the laptop box and sell them separately, plus you don't get the personalized customer service you would get at a smaller shop.
And, if support and warranty stuff are high up on your list, then go to a authorized Toshiba reseller.
That said, i've found these guys to have better prices by about 1 to 4k.
