
those other cities have very good, clean and efficient railway, trams and bus transport that are affordable and reliable come rain, snow, summer etc... what do we have here, chaotic matatus that from january when they are wiped out of CBD...anyone working in town will pay double fares by the remaining big matatus allowed into the CBD... in short, working in CBD will be two jobs....transport and the actual work... Not needing a car is one of the few advantages of living in a city. Higher living costs but lower transportation costs :)
It is hard taking someone who complains about traffic seriously if the person is alone in their car to and from work.
